The XLA fabric can achieve perfect dimensional stability without heatsetting! Internal stress of XLA fabric will lost over 80% in pre-processing or dyeing when temperature reaches 85℃. If the temperature of pre-treatment or dyeing rises to 130℃, almost 100% internal stress will be eliminated. For elastic fabric with spandex, the heat setting temperature is required to be set as high as 180℃ to relieve 80% internal stress. To achieve more than 98% of internal stress elimination rate, the setting temperature should be at or above 202℃. However, under such situation, spandex fiber will get damaged as high as 20% while the main fabric might have been more damaged. |
